I will go on into great detail on the commentary page of this site. There are more troubling problems with the Jo Daviess County Sheriff's Department since I began my investigation. We have rampant unethical and illegal conduct by Deputies and Sheriff Allendorf himself. The budget figures are out of control. We have Deputies who should not only, not be cops, but should be charged with crimes themselves. Our taxpayer assets are being wastefully used. Dead bodies are being improperly handled. Apparent "accidental death" conclusions that may very well be murders. A coroner who, according to sources, has only been involved in two of the eight questionable deaths in recent years. Illegal residential searches and removal of resident Charles Blum of Galena, IL. This by Sheriff Allendorf, Galena Chief Jerry Westemeier and Deputy Colin Fulwrath. No Authority! An absolute destruction of the Constitutional protections. Illegal breaking and entry into a locked vehicle and illegal removal of personal property by four officers in violation of Illinois Statutory Law. Violations committed by cops. Again! Chief Westemeier reportedly said, "WE DO THINGS A LITTLE DIFFERENT AROUND HERE!" What they do different is violate the law and destroy you rights. Unacceptable!

 The current policy of Jo Daviess County Law Profession can be summed up as follows: "I have a badge and everything I do is right regardless of what the law says. I will never be arrested and no lawyer in his right mind here will sue me. No State's Attorney will ever convene a Grand Jury to indict me and Sheriff Allendorf will never arrest me. No local Judge will ever completely comply with his Rules of Profession Conduct or Judicial Canons. I am protected. I have a badge!" That is the current culture and the citizens know it. We have an "Organized Law Syndicate".
