Allendorf quotes from 3-3-02 Journal-Standard article.
The article states, "that the Deputies, according to Allendorf, were acting upon a valid court Order."

Sheriff Allendorf knows full well at this time that the Order was declared "void ab initio" That the Order was "contrary to Law". The problem Allendorf has is the transcript of the 11-01-99 Hearing shows that his Department was directly responsible for the Fraudulent information that made it into the Court Record via the wife of his Chief Deputy. Allendorf is not going to say or do anything to hold his people accountable. Kind of makes me wonder where the large $2500.00 fund infusion, into your political campaign came from last half of last year?  Check the Illinois Campaign Disclosure site to verify this claim.

Allendorf says, "If the candidate finds fault in the action, he needs to take it to proper authorities,..."

This might be news to you Sheriff Allendorf, but you are the proper authority when documented crimes are committed in your County. That is why the taxpayers pay you. There are two open cases in the Sheriff Department. Case number 2000-0785 and Case number 2000-0894. The 0894 case is a slam dunk against attorney Robert A. Bush and his client for a Class 4 Felony Theft.

Allendorf says, "This is political hype and not based on fact."

With all due respect Sheriff Allendorf, the only political hype here is yours. To say that the issue is not based on fact is absurd. Maybe take a walk into the Courthouse where you work and check out case # 99-OP-53 and then tell Judge Kelly that none of what he is doing is based on fact.

"VOTE ON FACTS"  Sheriff Allendorf, with all due respect. Everything on my web site is fact. Facts that you cannot discredit, defeat or even acknowledge to be facts. Everything is documented truth, from Law, Court Transcripts, Court Records, ILCS Statutory Law, Judicial Rule and Canons, Rules of Professional Conduct and other documentation. I have not seen one shred of your evidence to contradict one item. Every one has access to this site with an open invitation to reply, post info and respond. You will not, because you cannot.

"retaliation towards one of our judges and me." Let's talk about the Honorable Judge Sprengelmeyer. He signed two illegal fraudulent Orders; 99-OP-53 that violated the law. Your deputies violated the Law. Bob Bush violated the Law. His client Stacey Bush violated the Law. The Honorable Judge Sprengelmeyer currently has failed to comply with Judicial Canon Rule 63 Section B paragraph 3. The Honorable Judge Victor Sprengelmeyer has failed to comply with ABA Rule 8.3. The Honorable Judge Victor Sprengelmeyer failed to comply with the Illinois Constitution Article I section 2 Due Process. If truth is retaliation, I am guilty. The documentation and transcripts implicate you and your department, Steve. I cannot change the facts or the truth. I can just get the information out. If you do not like the dissemination of information that you and your coworkers at the Courthouse created, you never should have created these facts. I am sorry, Steve. But I am most sorry for the two children that were devastated by the honorable Judge's illegal action.

"baseless accusations" Please refute the allegations.

"unfounded accusations" Please refute the facts, Steve. Tell us the disposition of Sheriff cases 2000-0785 and 2000-0894. Release the "independent investigation" concerning 99-OP-53, referred to in the newspaper by County Board member Jack Zillig. Show all the errors in my web site Steve. I'll even post it all.  

"ironic that an individual with such a background has chosen to cast so many stones." The Telegraph Herald and Becky Sisco printed documented felony perjury on a case that was "void ab initio". Case 99-OP-53. Instead of arresting the individual for this perjury and her attorney for preparing the perjury, you have to protect them. They are "A" list people. Just like Chip Roddick and his little auto wreck boo-boo a couple years ago. The rest of us do not have the machinery of the Jo Daviess County "system" to protect us. We have to answer for our faults, short comings and mistakes we have made and believe me I have made plenty. Becky Sisco put them all in a scathing article too. I do not have a problem with that. I KNOW what the truth is, and the truth does not bother me. The TRUTH does bother the rest of you.

 

"opponent's extremist style of campaigning" Steve, I do not have a $10,000 political war chest or the support of all the media outlets. I do not accept campaign money. I funded my campaign my self with a few hundred dollars. I learned how to build a web site. I had three signs posted in the County.
