"Appearances: Stacey M. Beranek, Petitioner herein, appeared in her own proper person and with her attorney, Robert Bush, and Choices Representative."

All the paper work showed that no lawyer was there. It was not reported on the Court docket and several Court document sets. Only in the transcript of the spoken word. The Honorable Judge Victor Sprengelmeyer appears to have colluded in the fraud, by protecting his friend and coworker Robert Bush in the commission of crimes. Protection which continues to this very day.

Judge: "Does the Sheriff's Office need a separate Order attachment for that?"

This shows the Honorable Judge's ignorance of the Law. He did not have a clue what he was doing. This is where one of the Fraud's of attorney Robert Bush happens, with his fraudulent preparation of the illegal Court Order. I have reviewed years worth of the Honorable Judge's Orders and he never did it before. It is ILLEGAL and he was clueless.

Choices: "They say they don't need it, your Honor."

This person is believed to be Carrie Altillfilsch-Melton. The wife of Chief Deputy Brian Melton. I have asked all over. No one will admit who this is. Carrie has avoided me concerning this question. I do have the audio of the Hearing and it sounds like her. She is directly responsible for informing the Court of fraudulent  and illegal, on the record comments that violate the Law. She is directly a co-conspirator of attorney Robert Bush and his client. This came directly from the Sheriff Department.

Judge: "Okay"........

The Honorable Judge has three people in front of him committing felonies and all he has to say about it is "Okay"?
